The
.B LIBUTF8_ULTIMATE_CODEPOINT
macro expands to 0x10FFFF, the greatest codepoint in the Unicode
codepoint-space, expressed as an unsigned integer that is at least
32 bits wide and interpretable by the preprocessor.

Use this value when a boundary for Unicode codepoints is needed.
Values greater than it are accepted by the decoding functions only with
.BR LIBUTF8_ALLOW_31_BITS (3).
