The
.BR libtellurian_gaussian_radius ()
function calculates the Earth's Gaussian radius of
curvature at a given
.IR latitude ,
that is, the geometric mean of the meridian and
the transverse radii of curvature at the given
.IR latitude .

shall be specified according to GPS and in degrees.

function is identical to the

function except that
