.SH DESCRIPTION
The
.B libhashsum_init_shake_hasher
function initialises
.I *hasher
for hashing using the cryptographic hash function
SHAKE, and stores hash function information and
hashing functions for SHAKE in
.IR *hasher .

shall be the hash functions's (the Keccak sponge's)
capacity, in bits, divided by 2, which shall be
either 128, 256, or 512.
