prints all
.IR parameters ,
each separated by <space>, followed by a
<newline> and
.BR blind 's
magic number, to stdout. This makes up the
head of a video. The order of the parameters,
should be: the number of frames, the width,
the height, and the pixel format, they may
be already joined to strings.
