.B blind-cut
reads a video from the the selected

which must be a regular file.
.B blind-cut
prints the video to stdout, but
skips the
.I start-point
first frames, and ends at the
.I end-point
frame, counting from the beginning of the
input video, or at the end of the video
if
.B end
is specified instead of
.IR end-point .
