Recognised patterns for <TIME>:

    <MINUTES>m[<SECONDS>s]
    <HOURS>h[<MINUTES>m][<SECONDS>s]

    All values are non-negative integers, and
    the interval must be greater than zero and
    at most 18h12m15s.
